Most deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and require a signature upon receipt. Ecocig will email you a tracking link once your items have been dispatched.

Cost?

A flat rate of £2.50 for all UK deliveries (regardless of how many items ordered)
Fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs.
Packages are dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect all goods.

Shipping an Order? 

All orders are shipped same day after receipt of payment. 

Monday - Friday Received before 3pm

Saturday Received before 11:00am

Items up to 2kg will be shipped UK Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (signature required) approx 1-2 working days.

Items over 2kg will be shipped via DPD Local tracked and signed for  £2.50

Tracking Your Delivery

You will be sent an e-mail by confirming your order and a Royal Mail Tracking Number for you to track your items. please track at www.royalmail.com For International Tracking you can also use your local postage website to track your items.
